What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Immediately call +1 (213) 212 9449 or email us. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and may not be able to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Do I have to get an account of FiberStore to get a quote? And what does it cost?
Of course not, but there are many advantages which will present you a wonderful shopping experience if you have an account of FiberStore. What if I forget my order?
Your order number is included in the email order confirmation with an automatic link to the Order Status Fiberstore. When you order by phone a partner will give your order number. It's a good idea to save your email order confirmation or write down the number for future reference. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
How long will you deal with my order?
In the business hour, we will deal with your order immediately. We will inform you the lead time and shipping method, and make confirmation with you for some information we needed for shipping. Otherwise you will be waiting for one business day or one-and-half a day to deal with your business.
I cannot find the product you need. Can still be purchased through FiberStore?
Absolutely. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers' needs as we are a very famous manufacturer and supplier of fiber optic products in China, and there are many products we have but not listed on the website. Simply contact one of our experienced sales staff and can help you get the product you need a special order.
I can get my money back if the product works, but I do not need it, then?
Yes. If the product works but you do not need it, you can send it back for refund, in this case, we will charge 15% restocking and handling costs and do not reimburse shipping costs.
Who will be responsible for the return shipping cost?
The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Please note: No matter for any reason, buyers should pay shipping charges to return the unsatisfied goods and no matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products first. After receiving the returned item (s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
